Q1: Can I have a sample?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.
Q2: Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.
Q3: Which payment means do you have?
A: We have paypal,T/T,Western Union etc, and bank will charge some restocking fee.
Q4: What shipments do you provide?
A: We provide UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT services. We may use other carriers if necessary.
Q5: How long will it take for my item to reach me?
A: Please note that business days, excluding Saturday,Sunday and public Holidays, arecalculated in terms of delivery period. In general, it takes about 2-7 work days for delivery.
Q6: How do I track my shipment?
A: We ship your purchase before the end of the next business day after you have checked-out. We would send you an email with tracking number, so you can check the progress of your delivery at the carrier’s web site.
Q7: Is it OK to print my logo?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
